1. All guests** (with or without a ticket) are required to reserve a time slot for their visit in advance*.
*Guest(s) without a prior reservation may be denied to enter when we reached our maximum capacity.
**Note: Admission charges ($5/pax) apply for those non-playing/accompanying individuals to enter the Theme Park and are subject to availability.
2. All individuals must be fully vaccinated, except children aged 12 and below (vaccination status must be present) to enter.
3. A maximum of 5 people per reservation booking (group size) only is allowed.
4. Socks must be worn to enter the KIDS MEDIA INTERACTIVE ZONE (Hello My Dino!).
5. Please arrive 5 -1 0 minutes prior to your scheduled time slot to redeem your entry ticket. Your allocated time will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes (grace time) before your reservation is released.
6. If you are making a reservation first before purchasing a ticket, please indicate which booking platform (e.g. Klook, GlobalTix, The Entertainer, Fun Pass and etc) you are purchasing your ticket from under "ticket code(s)" before you can proceed next to confirm.
7. Once your reservation has been made successfully, there will be a confirmation email sent out.

8. No amendment is allowed after your reservation has been confirmed. Should you want to edit/cancel your reservation, please contact us at 6963 4127 during our operating hours, or drop us an email at email@example.com for assistance.
